I actually just canceled mine yesterday, feel almost the same about it. I've been playing it almost non-stop for 2 years... Maybe it was time to give it a rest.
I'm glad that they still keep characters and accounts around after cancellation, otherwise I would have felt like a hostage to that account.

Our accounts are actually still good until July 15th. I've not logged in once since I canceled it. Might have to log in one more time and say goodbye.
